Glitter Shoe Party & Lots of photos of My Feet!

Yesterday I had the pleasure of going to my very first glitter shoe party, which was put on by Heidi over at My Paper Crane. It was really the first party where I glittered anything, so I was super excited. At first I was a bit nervous that I wouldn't find anything that I wanted to glitter, so I was going to get shoes for my neice, instead I found a pair of heels (that I actually liked) at a local thrift store in my size for $2.99! I pretty much felt from that moment on that it was meant to be and I couldn't wait to have some sparkle on my feet.

All done, now we just spray with Krylon clear gloss and wait patiently!

I enjoyed a few cups of coffee while we waited. Heidi happened to have this vintage Pyrex mug with my FAVORITE pattern, so I snatched that up and drank out of it all day. Call me silly, but that along with the heaps o' glitter made me an extremely happy gal

I like the way the sunlight barely peaked through the windows and the shadows that were made from it ;)

I bet the neighbors thought I was crazy when they saw me taking the dogs out wearing these, they were peaking through their windows, ha!
